Job Description
Salary: $127,000 - 167,000 per year
- Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in IT support or help desk roles
- Skilled in hardware setup, imaging, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with asset management and ticketing systems
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities
- Capacity to work independently while reporting to remote IT leadership
- Excellent professional communication skills
- Physically capable of lifting and moving computer equipment as required
- Based in Denver with the ability to work onsite regularly
- Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for employees located in the U.S.
- Set up, configure, and deploy laptops, desktops, and peripherals
- Acquire IT equipment as directed by IT leadership
- Image and prepare machines for new hires
- Track, document, and manage IT assets in the U.S.
- Recover and redeploy IT equipment from departing employees
- Handle and resolve assigned support tickets
- Collaborate with the IT Manager in Argentina for escalations and system updates
- Maintain inventory records and documentation related to hardware lifecycle
- Offer on-site troubleshooting support in the Denver office when necessary
- Assist with general administrative tasks for the Denver office
- Coordinate with building management and vendors as needed
- Help manage office supplies
- Support the logistics of onboarding U.S.-based hires
