As a Customer Support Representative, you'll engage in online conversations with customers on behalf of our automotive dealer clients, providing accurate information, facilitating appointment scheduling, and collecting customer contact information for lead generation and client evaluation. You'll also develop and update a repository of knowledge on the latest products and services, ensuring that you're always up-to-date on the latest industry developments.
- *Responsibilities**
- Engage and assist customers across various inquiries through online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
- Deliver accurate information regarding products and services via chat, ensuring that customers have a clear understanding of our offerings
- Facilitate appointment scheduling by focusing on specific appointment details, ensuring that customers have a seamless experience
- Collect customer contact information for lead generation and client evaluation, helping us to better understand customer needs and preferences
- Summarize customer interactions based on their specific needs for client consideration, providing valuable insights that inform our sales and marketing strategies
- Develop and update a repository of knowledge on the latest products and services, staying up-to-date on industry developments and trends
- *Available Shifts**
We're looking for candidates who are available to work one of the following full-time shifts:
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Off on Sundays and Mondays)
- 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Off on Sundays and Wednesdays)
- 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM (Off on Sundays and Tuesdays)
- *Requirements**
- During the first week of employment, you'll be required to work Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM for training, before transitioning to the assigned shift
- Previous retail customer service or automotive industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Proficiency in basic internet and Windows-based computer operations is essential
- Strong multitasking skills are preferred, and gaming experience is a plus
- A positive and professional attitude is essential, as you'll be representing arenaflex and our clients in online conversations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required, as you'll be interacting with customers and colleagues on a daily basis
- Adaptability to change and a preference for a fast-paced work environment are essential, as you'll be working in a dynamic and ever-changing industry
