As an Experienced Technical Support Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience
- Resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, utilizing your problem-solving skills and technical expertise to find creative solutions
- Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders
- Offering additional products and/or services to customers, leveraging your knowledge of arenaflex's offerings to provide tailored solutions
- Delivering expert customer experiences, exceeding customer expectations and building lasting relationships through exceptional service and support
- *Essential Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A strong focus on building customer relationships, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of resolving complex issues and exceeding customer expectations
- Technical support experience preferred, with a solid understanding of hardware, software, and client products
- Open availability, with a flexible schedule to accommodate varying customer needs
- A high school diploma or GED, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with a reliable internet connection and a desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools simultaneously
- Eagerness to learn new technologies, with a willingness to adapt to changing customer needs and arenaflex's evolving solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to ask probing questions and come to a resolution
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing; A work computer may be provided depending on the position offered, but is not guaranteed (will be discussed further with a recruiter)
- High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
- Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
