As a Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing a superior customer experience, reducing churn, and increasing conversion from signup to subscribe. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling chats and directly addressing their concerns, providing solutions, and escalating when necessary. Your expertise will be invaluable in collaborating with our onboarding, sales, and tech support teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Traditional approaches have focused only on massive property management companies, leaving the majority of landlords and tenants with a renting experience neither enjoys. - *Your Mission with Us**
As a Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, your mission will be to:
- Handle chats and directly address customer concerns, providing solutions and escalating when necessary
- Collaborate with onboarding, sales, and tech support teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Work closely with our product and development teams to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product and services to effectively resolve customer issues
- Continuously improve our customer support processes and procedures to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
- *Ideal Candidate**
We're looking for a highly skilled and customer-centric Chat Support Representative with:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer success or other strategic client-facing roles
- Experience with Intercom or similar chat platforms
- Experience with Jira a plus
- Prefer some startup experience, especially in a B2B SaaS and/or Real Estate
- Experience with value demonstration and support
- A tech-savvy and detail-oriented approach
