- *Job Summary**
As a Billing and Technical Customer Service Advisor, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and service. You'll work closely with our customers to resolve billing, account, and technical issues in a timely and professional manner. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional billing support to customers, including resolving issues related to billing, account management, and technical queries
- Offer technical support to customers after completing a comprehensive training program (approximately 45-60 days)
- Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a timely and professional manner, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and exceeding customer expectations
- Maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction, and continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience
- Commit to 100% attendance for five weeks of paid training, and participate actively in the training program to ensure a smooth transition into the role
- Work a variety of schedules, including at least one weekend day, mostly Mid and Evening shifts
- *Requirements**
- Be at least 18 years old and have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Pass a thorough background check and meet all necessary security requirements
- Have at least six months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving customer issues
- Possess high-speed internet access with the following specifications: download speed ≥10 Mbps, upload speed ≥3 Mbps, and Ping ms <175 (no Wi-Fi or satellite internet; Ethernet connections only)
- Preferably, have previous experience working in a Contact Center or working from home environment
- Have strong computer knowledge, including the ability to accurately type at least 30 wpm and familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology
- Have a dedicated workspace that can only be accessed by you during your work hours
- Be able to work independently with discipline and motivation to succeed in a virtual environment
- Possess excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy
- Thrive in a fast-paced work environment and be adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
- *Essential Qualifications**

- Strong computer knowledge and typing skills (at least 30 wpm)
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a virtual environment
