- *Daily Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Care Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction of our members and providers. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Resolving routine service inquiries from members or providers, such as: + Claims processing+ Member benefit education+ Contracting and credentialing requests+ Eligibility inquiries+ Transportation arrangements
- Ensuring compliance with HIPAA and State requirements/regulations
- Researching, following up, and resolving all open/pending issues in a timely manner
- Building and strengthening member or provider relationships through quality customer service
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes
- *Shift and Location**
- Shift: Monday – Friday, shifts scheduled between 7am - 8pm
- Location: Fully Remote (must reside in Ohio)
- *Required Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma or GED Equivalent
- 1+ year of call center OR healthcare experience
- Strong customer service skills
- *Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, experience in a managed care organization would be a valuable asset.
