- *Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team and support our business operations. As a Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for planning and executing cycles and arrangements related to various data sources, conducting data/text mining, and analysis to empower informed business decisions. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to gain insights into key business issues and expectations, and communicate results to a wide range of stakeholders.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to various data sources, including information/text mining, and analysis to empower informed business decisions
- Gain understanding into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect organized and unstructured data from multiple sources
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and success
- Communicate results to a wide range of stakeholders, including senior management, cross-functional teams, and external partners
- Utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant insights and recommendations to the board
- Regularly utilize data, statistical and quantitative analysis, limited modeling, and fact-based management to drive navigation
- Guide less experienced staff and work in cross-functional projects and initiatives
- Present to senior management and external partners as needed
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in data science, software engineering, or a quantitative discipline, such as mathematics, engineering, operations research, finance, or economics
- 3+ years of work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business reasoning, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis
- Proficient in analysis software and applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- *Desirable Qualifications:**
- Experience or coursework with SAFE Spry
- Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; mathematical analysis; clear data analysis
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Microsoft Power BI
- Alteryx
- Python/R
- Automation
- Income Information
- Basic Accounting Information
- Proficient in analysis software and applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
