Position Overview – Part‑Time Weekend & Night Shift Customer Service Associate
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be the voice of the company during after‑hours operations. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective assistance when they need it most. You will handle inbound and outbound phone calls, respond to email inquiries, and coordinate appointment scheduling between customers and our on‑call HVAC technicians.
Core Responsibilities
- Answer after‑hours phone calls (6:00 PM – 10:00 PM weekdays; 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM weekends) with professionalism and empathy.
- Field inbound and outbound calls from customers and field technicians, ensuring clarity and accurate information exchange.
- Schedule appointments, dispatch technicians, and confirm service windows in the arenaflex scheduling system.
- Document all interactions, service requests, and account changes meticulously to maintain an organized, up‑to‑date record system.
