Why This Role Matters
The Customer Marketing Manager sits at the intersection of Customer Success, Account Management, and Product Marketing. In this pivotal role, you will design, launch, and optimize programs that deepen engagement, nurture advocacy, and drive upsell and cross‑sell revenue across our most strategic retail accounts. Your work will directly influence customer satisfaction, retention, and the overall growth trajectory of arenaflex.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Execute Strategic Customer Programs: Collaborate with Customer Success and Account Management to build tailored engagement plans that increase product adoption, loyalty, and lifetime value for large‑scale retail clients.
- Standardize Communication Frameworks: Develop a unified, best‑in‑class approach for all customer touchpoints—email, in‑app messaging, webinars, and on‑site visits—and train cross‑functional teams on execution.
- Drive Revenue‑Generating Campaigns: Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to create and launch upsell and cross‑sell initiatives that address specific client pain points, leveraging data insights to personalize offers.
- Orchestrate Customer‑Facing Events: Plan and manage virtual and in‑person events—including user conferences, roundtables, and training workshops—to showcase product capabilities, share success stories, and build a vibrant community of brand advocates.
- Champion Customer Advocacy: Identify and nurture customer champions; produce compelling case studies, testimonials, and speaking opportunities that amplify their successes and reinforce arenaflex’s market leadership.
- Measure & Optimize Performance: Define key metrics (adoption rates, NPS, churn, revenue uplift) and implement robust reporting mechanisms. Use analytics to continuously refine programs and demonstrate ROI to internal stakeholders.
- Amplify the Voice of the Customer: Capture, synthesize, and relay actionable customer feedback to product and engineering teams, ensuring the roadmap stays aligned with enterprise needs.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Serve as the connective tissue between Customer Success, Account Management, Product, Sales, and Marketing, ensuring alignment on goals, messaging, and execution timelines.
Essential Qualifications

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to C‑level executives and senior stakeholders.
- Strong project management capabilities—able to juggle multiple initiatives, meet strict deadlines, and keep cross‑functional teams aligned.

- Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and sales teams to translate market insights into product improvements.
Preferred Qualifications

- Background in retail technology, omni‑channel commerce, or frontline workforce solutions.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
- Experience planning large‑scale events or conferences, both virtual and in‑person.
- Fluency in additional languages, especially Spanish or French, to support multinational accounts.
Core Skills & Competencies
