Key Responsibilities



  • Design & Execute Tailored Customer Programs – Work hand‑in‑hand with Customer Success and Account Management to build engagement frameworks that address the unique challenges of large‑scale retail accounts.

  • Standardize Communication & Engagement Touch‑Points – Define a best‑in‑class cadence for newsletters, webinars, product updates, and on‑boarding sequences; train cross‑functional teams on these standards.

  • Drive Revenue‑Generating Campaigns – Co‑create strategic upsell and cross‑sell campaigns with Product Marketing, ensuring that each initiative aligns with the customer’s roadmap and delivers measurable ROI.
