Key Responsibilities – Teller & Backup Customer Service Representative
Core Teller Functions
- Process customer transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with arenaflex policies.
- Accept deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash checks; issue cashier’s checks and money orders as requested.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and reconcile ATM activity at the end of each shift.
- Scan and prepare teller transaction batches for electronic submission to central processing.
- Order cash supplies for the branch and act as a backup resource for cash‑ordering procedures.
Customer Service Backup Duties
- Answer general banking inquiries, guiding customers toward appropriate products and services.
- Promote arenaflex’s suite of financial solutions, including checking and savings accounts, personal loans, and small‑business services.
- Assist with troubleshooting basic account issues and facilitate referrals to specialized departments when needed.
- Provide a welcoming, courteous, and professional experience for every visitor to the Woodsville location.
Essential Qualifications
