The Worldwide Defect Elimination (WWDE) team at arenaflex is on a mission to eliminate defects and improve the overall customer experience. As a Data Engineer on this team, you'll play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining the data infrastructure that powers our customer service operations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop data-driven solutions to address them.

  • Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data pipelines and architectures to support customer service operations
  • Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
  • Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data accuracy and quality
