The Worldwide Defect Elimination (WWDE) team at arenaflex is on a mission to eliminate defects and improve the overall customer experience. As a Data Engineer on this team, you'll play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining the data infrastructure that powers our customer service operations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop data-driven solutions to address them.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data pipelines and architectures to support customer service operations
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
- Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data accuracy and quality
- Work with data governance teams to ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations
- Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to support business decision-making
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices and standards for data engineering
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely and efficient manner

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on large-scale data pipelines and architectures
