- *Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our Concord, NH office. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for accurately reviewing and entering data into our systems, ensuring the highest level of quality and attention to detail. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Review and verify data from various sources, including blueprints and permits, to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Enter data into our systems, using a range of software applications, including Microsoft Access and Adobe Acrobat Professional
- Compile, code, categorize, calculate, tabulate, audit, and verify information or data as required
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers, and vendors via phone, email, or in person
- Run database user queries and searches to retrieve relevant information
- Convert Word documents to PDF, bind multiple PDFs into one, redact text, and highlight in Adobe Acrobat Professional
- Utilize Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience working with internet browsers, such as Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Firefox
- Collaborate with team members using Microsoft Teams to share files and documents
- Apply logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
- Lift a full banker's box (approximately 35 pounds) as required
- *Essential Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience working with database software, including Microsoft Access
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Professional and internet browsers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to lift a full banker's box (approximately 35 pounds)
- *Preferred Qualifications**
