We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team in Gainesville, VA. As a key member of our dispatch team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between our customers, technicians, and support staff.   • *Job Role:**

As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. Your daily duties will include:

  • Maintaining our customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians to confirm appointments and provide updates
  • Routing technicians based on location, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery
  • Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and concerns

This is a full-time position with regular working hours of 8AM-5PM, including a one-hour lunch break. You'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a focus on continuous learning and growth.

  • *Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous call center experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar position
  • The ability to type 70 wpm with high accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high call volumes and work independently
  • Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
  • The ability to accurately document information into our customer database (Service Titan)
  • A strong customer service mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
