As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support through live chat interactions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
- Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
- Promoting interest in client products and services
- Consistently achieving established standards of the position
- Portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
- Providing administrative support to the customer service team
- Assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed

- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive and engaging experience

- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or call center environment

- Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools
