- *The Role**
As a Chat-Based Youth Mental Health Coach, you'll provide on-demand and weekly coaching to young people through our secure, user-friendly chat platform. You'll work closely with students from diverse and historically marginalized communities, using empathy and awareness to support their unique needs. Our coaching model is built on established protocols, ensuring you receive the guidance and support necessary to navigate crisis-based chats and other complex situations.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide on-demand and weekly coaching to young people through our chat platform
- Use empathy and awareness to support students from diverse and historically marginalized communities
- Follow established protocols, especially during crisis-based chats, with support from licensed Coach Supervisors
- Continually learn and adapt to new online platforms and tools with ongoing training and support
- *What You'll Need:**
- Experience in mental health, youth work, or coaching
- Reliable laptop or computer (no tablets or cell phones) and internet with a minimum 50 mbps download speed
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Must reside & be in the U.S. for the duration of your contract with arenaflex

- Participate in a live group Interview
- Provide 2 references
- Pass a background check
