As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through telephone interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Managing accounts receivable, including invoicing, payments, and follow-up on outstanding balances
- Performing basic accounting and data entry tasks, including maintaining accurate records and reports
