- Managing chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring that our caregivers receive timely and relevant job opportunities
- Maintaining open communication with our caregivers, providing support and guidance as needed
- Collaborating with our recruitment team to ensure that our caregivers receive the resources and training they need to excel in their roles
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of our chat employment leads, making recommendations for improvement as needed
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, caregivers, and internal stakeholders
- *Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1+ years of experience in a caregiving or recruitment role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with caregivers and clients
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- *Preferred Qualifications**

- Experience working in a senior care or healthcare setting
- Certification in caregiving or a related field (e.g. CNA, HHA)
