As a Customer Service/Motor Vehicle Services Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also handling various motor vehicle services tasks. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Handle various motor vehicle services tasks, including but not limited to: + Processing vehicle registrations and titles+ Handling vehicle inspections and emissions testing+ Providing information on vehicle safety and maintenance+ Resolving customer complaints and concerns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and arenaflex's policies and procedures
- *Essential Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency required; additional languages a plus
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a motor vehicle services or insurance-related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

- Experience working in a motor vehicle services or insurance-related field
- Knowledge of Arizona state laws and regulations related to motor vehicle services
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Experience working with databases and software applications related to motor vehicle services
