- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Live Chat Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely manner
- Assisting guests with reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Providing information on hotel services, promotions, and policies
- Troubleshooting customer issues and escalating when needed
- Maintaining accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
- Providing high-level administrative support to the executive team
- Managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinating meetings and events, including logistics and materials preparation
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Assisting in project management and follow-up on action items
- Acting as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- *Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or chat support (a plus)
- Strong written communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats at once
- Basic knowledge of hotel booking systems (a bonus)
- Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
