As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for receiving, investigating, and responding to customer inquiries regarding shipments, service, and concerns. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.   • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Confer with customers via telephone or email to trace packages and arrange deliveries
  • Obtain details of customer complaints or compliments
  • Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments
  • Act as a liaison between customers and drivers to resolve delivery issues
  • Communicate with the claims department and branch managers to resolve discrepancies
  • Retrieve manifests and other shipper information to aid the process of tracing shipments
  • Document and record mis-deliveries, follow-ups, and alternate delivery addresses
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
