- *Responsibilities**
As an Overnight Call Taker (Customer Service Representative) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Answering, screening, and directing calls for the entire company in a timely and efficient manner
- Distinguishing the need for emergency transportation and pre-arranging transport for facilities while determining the level of care needed for patients
- Arranging specialty and critical care transportation as required
- Providing information and assistance for customer service inquiries as needed
- Communicating with multiple departments and EMS personnel to ensure seamless service delivery
- Providing supportive information to customers to assist them in arranging appropriate transport
- Developing effective solutions for customer service issues
- Directing calls to the Flight desk as appropriate
- Performing other duties as assigned by management
- *Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A pleasant, professional phone manner and excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Typing skills of 30 wpm or better
- The ability to excel in a high-stress environment and adapt to frequently changing policies
- A medical background is a plus, and EMD certification will be required within 1 year of employment
