We're currently seeking an experienced Part-Time Data Entry & Doc Prep Specialist to join our team in Elgin, IL. This is a long-term, temp-to-hire role with JP Morgan Chase, located in their Receivable Operations Lockbox Department. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on various clerical and data entry tasks across the production floor, utilizing your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • *About the Role:**

As a Part-Time Data Entry & Doc Prep Specialist, you'll be responsible for handling a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Preparing work for digitization by extracting payments and documents from mailing envelopes
  • Inputting and validating data into the system, adhering to standard operating procedures and customer-specific instructions
  • Operating high-volume document scanning machines and ensuring the quality of scanned images
  • Validating and reconciling electronic records with paper documentation
  • Using judgment to manage routine tasks and escalating non-routine situations to supervisors or managers
  • Willingness to learn new processes, functions, and equipment across different areas of production
  • Maintaining site productivity and quality standards
  • Contributing to both team and individual accuracy and production goals
  • Ensuring compliance with customer and bank guidelines, including operations, audits, security, and general practices
  • Lifting and moving mail trays weighing up to 50 lbs
  • *Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of USA residency history
  • Proof of U.S. citizenship (e.g., birth certificate, passport, Permanent Resident Card, Certificate of U.S. Citizenship or Naturalization)
  • Ability to pass a background and credit check
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in data entry, document preparation, or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
  • *Physical Requirements:**

As a Part-Time Data Entry & Doc Prep Specialist, you'll be required to:

  • Sit up to 95% of the time
  • Stand up to 10% of the time
  • Walk up to 10% of the time
  • Lift up to 50 lbs
  • *Compensation and Benefits:**

As an arenaflex team member, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including:

  • $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
