- *What You'll Be Doing**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services via telephone or email
- Providing excellent customer service to both customers and arenaflex personnel
- Performing accounts receivable duties, including calling on outstanding accounts, processing credits and exchanges, and resolving account conflicts through arenaflex's escalation process
- Partnering and providing administrative support to arenaflex's Sales Department
- Performing basic data entry and other administrative duties
- *Qualifications**
We're looking for a candidate with:
- 2 years of Customer Service experience in an administrative setting (preferred)
- Prior Accounts Receivable experience (highly encouraged)
- High School diploma or GED equivalent (recommended)
- Verbal & written communication skills: professional telephone and email etiquette
- Essential skills: active listener, responsive, and personable
- Computer skills: proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS, etc)
- Time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- A collaborative, team-player capable of working independently
- Problem solver in a dynamic environment
- Comfortable performing basic mathematical skills (i.e. adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, etc.)
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally carry parcels or packages, walk short distances, and sit for extended periods

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
