  • *Key Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent and timely customer service to create a pleasant experience for customers
  • Effectively presenting and selling car wash services, memberships, and additional purchase options to customers to achieve sales and revenue goals for the location
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment to ensure a positive visit for every customer
  • Keeping convenience store merchandise stocked and organized, displays clean and well presented
  • Maintaining point-of-sale transaction, sales, and cash drawer integrity by following procedures accurately
  • Following arenaflex policies, procedures, guidance, and instructions, including and especially those related to safety
  • *Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A positive attitude and a will to succeed
  • No experience required, but experience in customer service, retail, or sales is preferred
  • A current and valid driver's license
  • Professional demeanor, behavior, and appearance in accordance with company policy
  • Ability to perform all essential functions safely without endangering oneself or others
  • Ability to comply with local/State health code requirements for soda fountain and food service/sales
  • Meet local/State minimum age requirements for sale of tobacco and alcohol sales (where applicable)
  • Ability to complete all required trainings/certifications required to perform any of the required functions
