- *Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing excellent and timely customer service to create a pleasant experience for customers
- Effectively presenting and selling car wash services, memberships, and additional purchase options to customers to achieve sales and revenue goals for the location
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment to ensure a positive visit for every customer
- Keeping convenience store merchandise stocked and organized, displays clean and well presented
- Maintaining point-of-sale transaction, sales, and cash drawer integrity by following procedures accurately
- Following arenaflex policies, procedures, guidance, and instructions, including and especially those related to safety
- *Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A positive attitude and a will to succeed
- No experience required, but experience in customer service, retail, or sales is preferred
- A current and valid driver's license
- Professional demeanor, behavior, and appearance in accordance with company policy
- Ability to perform all essential functions safely without endangering oneself or others
- Ability to comply with local/State health code requirements for soda fountain and food service/sales
- Meet local/State minimum age requirements for sale of tobacco and alcohol sales (where applicable)
- Ability to complete all required trainings/certifications required to perform any of the required functions
- *Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience in customer service, retail, or sales
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a calm and professional disposition in all circumstances
- Ability to perform arithmetic calculations and operate data entry devices
- Fluency in English for communication with other team members, managers, and customers
