Position Overview – Your Day‑to‑Day Impact
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with orders, product information, pricing, and shipment tracking. - Website Navigation Guidance: Assist customers in navigating arenaflex’s website, helping them locate products, understand specifications, and complete online purchases.
- Product and Solutions Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of our extensive catalog—ranging from packaging materials to industrial supplies—so you can confidently answer questions related to product features, pricing structures, and shipping options.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve order discrepancies, shipping delays, or billing issues, escalating complex cases to senior teams when necessary while maintaining ownership of the customer’s experience.
- Documentation & Reporting: Accurately log interactions, track key performance metrics, and provide feedback to improve processes and technology workflows.

Essential Qualifications – What We’re Looking For

Compensation, Perks & Benefits
Pay Range: $24 – $28 per hour, plus a $2 shift differential for evening or weekend schedules. Competitive hourly wages reflect both experience and performance.
