<p>📢 <strong>Now Hiring: Academic Human Resources Analyst III (Remote – California Only)</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are currently seeking an <strong>experienced Academic Human Resources Analyst III </strong>to support academic personnel operations for a leading university environment. This role is <strong>95% remote</strong>, with only occasional onsite presence required a few times per year.</p><p><br></p><p>📍 <strong>Location:</strong> Remote (Candidates must reside in <strong>California</strong>)</p><p>🕒 <strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST</p><p>📅 <strong>Contract Duration:</strong> 8-12 months</p><p><br></p><p>🔹 <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>• Manage the <strong>full employee lifecycle</strong> including onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, and offboarding</p><p>• Support <strong>academic recruitment, appointments, and advancement processes</strong></p><p>• Provide guidance on <strong>academic personnel policies, labor contracts, and HR procedures</strong></p><p>• Address <strong>moderate to complex HR and academic personnel issues</strong> across various academic titles</p><p>• Partner with client departments as the <strong>primary HR contact</strong> for academic personnel matters</p><p>• Assist with compensation administration, benefits coordination, training, and policy compliance</p><p><br></p><p>🔹 <strong>Required Experience</strong></p><p>✔ HR <strong>Generalist experience</strong> managing the full employee lifecycle</p><p>✔ Experience in <strong>academic or university environments</strong></p><p>✔ Strong knowledge of <strong>HR policies, employee relations, and payroll processes</strong></p><p>✔ Ability to analyze complex HR issues and recommend effective solutions</p><p><br></p><p>🔹 <strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><p>• A seasoned HR professional with strong <strong>problem-solving and policy interpretation skills</strong></p><p>• Experience navigating <strong>academic personnel systems, policies, and procedures</strong></p><p>• Ability to work <strong>independently in a remote environment</strong> while supporting multiple departments</p><p><br></p><p>💼 If you’re an HR professional with <strong>university or academic personnel experience</strong>, we’d love to connect.</p><p><br></p><p>📩 <strong>Interested or know someone who might be a good fit?</strong></p><ul><li>Send your resume or message me directly for more details.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Email: [email protected]</strong></p>
