Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a 4-40 Licensed Customer Service Representative with at least 5 years of experience. The License CSR will provide exceptional customer support, resolve inquiries, and manage customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Daily responsibilities include assisting clients with their insurance needs, addressing customer concerns, processing policy changes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and delivering a seamless customer experience.

- Experience in Customer Support and Customer Experience
- Ability to foster and maintain exceptional client relationships
- Active 4-40 license with 5+ years of relevant experience

- Knowledge of insurance policies and regulatory standards
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
