Overview
The organization is seeking a highly skilled Brand / Visual / UX Designer to help build, evolve, and scale a unified visual system across multiple product experiences. This role sits within a central design function that supports crossâcompany initiatives, ensuring cohesive brand expression across digital surfaces, creative tools, and product touchpoints.
The designer will contribute to the development of brand design language, visual identity systems, and expressive creative concepts for new programs and features. This role requires a balance of conceptual thinking, systemsâlevel design, and handsâon execution. Candidates should be comfortable working across a wide range of styles and mediums, collaborating with multidisciplinary partners, and iterating quickly in fastâpaced environments.
Experience with AIâassisted image generation workflows is strongly preferred.
- Key Responsibilities
- Generate visual concepts and refine design explorations based on creative direction.
- Develop and extend visual identity systems, including typography, color, illustration, iconography, and motion principles.
- Translate brand expression into interactive digital experiences across mobile and web surfaces.
- Concept, prototype, and execute brand and marketing experiences within product environments.
- Clearly articulate design rationale, strategic thinking, and creative decisions to crossâfunctional partners.
- Provide and receive feedback within the design team to elevate the quality of product experiences.
- Collaborate daily with partners across engineering, content, research, marketing, and data to bring concepts from ideation to launch.
- Manage multiple projects independently, maintaining highâquality output and meeting deadlines.
- Proactively identify opportunities for crossâteam initiatives and lead or coâfacilitate design sprints, workshops, and collaborative sessions.
- Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design, brand design, or communication design.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong visual design, brand identity, and digital design work.
- Proven experience in visual storytelling and communication design.
- Experience designing for digital platforms (mobile, web).
- Familiarity with largeâscale design systems and their application across products.
- Strong skills in conceptual thinking, composition, typography, and color.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with modern design and production tools, including Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
- Strong timeâmanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems independently.
- Working knowledge of design patterns for iOS, Android, and web.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AIâassisted creative tools (e.g., Claude Code, Figma Make, Weavy, NanoBanana).
- Experience working with design systems and crossâfunctional product teams.
- Skills in 3D design, motion design, prototyping, or animation.
Location: Remote (PST preferred, must be located in the United States)
Role type: Contract 6 Month Position
