Support grant activity, including identifying funding opportunities, preparing grant applications, assembling required materials, and assisting with timelines and submission logistics.
Serve as a “scholarship accelerator”, helping investigators anticipate barriers, streamline workflows, and maintain forward progress.
Manage and triage consultation requests for medical education research support, ensuring timely responses and appropriate routing to internal experts or resources.
Cultivate a community of practice dedicated to advancing educational research by facilitating small-group meetings, workshops, peer‑mentoring activities, and learning collaboratives.
Collaborate with the Center’s Scholars Program, supporting curriculum, faculty development, and individualized scholarly project mentoring as needed.
Educational Evaluation & Program Oversight (Secondary Responsibilities)

Coordinate with course directors, faculty, and curricular leaders to implement end‑to-end evaluation processes for courses and educational programs.
