Job Description
We are looking for an Email Design Wizard to join our team on a freelance basis for 16+ hours per week.
- What you’ll be doing:
- Designing high-converting emails in Figma (for Klaviyo flows & campaigns)
- Creating pop-ups and opt-ins that actually convert
- Working closely with copywriters, developers and implementation specialists
- Delivering clean, structured design files ready for development
- Meeting deadlines (and sometimes beating them)
- What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of email design experience
- Fast, clean component-based design workflows
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.)
- Understanding of e-commerce, conversion and branding
- Figma feels like home
- Clear communication and proactive thinking
- Ability to design emails that feel like one cohesive design, not a stack of disconnected blocks
