- Key Responsibilities
- Provide mentoring and guidance to professionals exploring new career directions
- Conduct virtual consultations (phone/Zoom) to understand goals and discuss development pathways
- Build and maintain professional relationships using digital platforms
- Work on numerous platforms to reach potential clients
- Engage in structured professional development and leadership training
- Onboard and Mentor clients

- Background in coaching, leadership, training, or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
