- Strong understanding of the product development process in financial services
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data
- Experience with digital sales & marketing, specifically in lead generation

- Responsibilities
- Lead product discovery and vision, collaborating with design and strategy teams
- Engage with financial advisors to gather feedback and improve services
- Run pilot programs to test features and optimize solutions
- Conduct pricing and unit economics analyses, building business cases for new services
- Build and lead the product team from discovery to launch
- Communicate vision and progress with senior management to drive growth
- Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management, business development, or strategy consulting
- 1-2 years of experience in digital sales & marketing
- Experience in designing and refining business models with a focus on strategic growth
- A passion for fintech and commitment to accessible financial guidance
- Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred
- Education Requirements Credential Category
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
- Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product management or related fields
- 1-2 years of experience in digital sales & marketing
- Experience in fast-growing companies focused on scaling products and services
