As a Pharmacy Technician - Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our pharmacy. Your primary responsibilities will include managing client data entry, overseeing automation processes for clients, and maintaining expertise in data entry for RPA automation. You'll also be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, supporting the pharmacy team, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

The following are the essential functions of the Pharmacy Technician - Data Entry Specialist role:
- **Data Entry**: Perform accurate data entry to update prescription records and patient information, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- **Organize and Prioritize Data Entry Tasks**: Organize and prioritize data entry tasks to meet tight deadlines and high-volume demands without compromising accuracy.
- **Automation Process Monitoring**: Monitor and manage automation processes to ensure smooth operation.
- **Prescription Processing**: Accurately input prescription detail and maintain RPA database for clients.
- **Client Service and Support**: Assist clients with concerns and maintain reporting for each client.
- **Compliance and Safety**: Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations, policies, and safety protocols.
- **Other Assigned Duties**: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- *Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- **Texas Certified Pharmacy Technician License**: Must have a valid Texas Certified Pharmacy Technician License.
- **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- **Pharmacy Experience**: Proven experience in a pharmacy or in a similar client service role is an advantage.
- **Pharmaceutical Knowledge**: Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology, drug classifications, and common medications.
