- *Position Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- **Processing Customer Orders**: Use world-class technology to process customer orders, make product recommendations, and handle account inquiries.
- **Being a Product Expert**: We'll equip you to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently, and help you develop the skills you need to succeed in your role.
- **Building Business Relationships**: Build strong relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat, and understand their needs to recommend arenaflex's best solutions.
- **Helping Customers Navigate**: Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering, and provide them with the best solutions to their needs.
- *Minimum Requirements**
- **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- **Prior Customer Service Experience**: Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you're eager to learn, we'll train you!
- **Bilingual (English / Spanish)**: Fluency in both verbal and written forms of English and Spanish is required.
