- Operating the cash register, handling customer transactions, and managing cash and credit transactions accurately
- Maintaining accurate inventory levels, receiving shipments, and stocking merchandise
- Participating in visual merchandising, including maintaining store displays and ensuring a visually appealing store environment
- Collaborating with the store team to achieve sales goals, promote products, and drive customer engagement
- Maintaining a safe and secure store environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, and reporting any incidents or concerns to management
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

- *Essential Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or convenience store environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time

- Previous experience in a convenience store or retail environment
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
