As a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Working independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside
  • Assessing customer storage needs and making suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
  • Conducting daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
  • Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits
  • Helping customers stay current with payments and making reminder and collection calls when required
  • *Physical Requirements**

This role requires:

  • Ability to transport, lift, and move items weighing up to 35 pounds
  • Ability to walk in and around facilities, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
  • Performing cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping and mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal
  • *Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in customer service-centered sales environments, such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based companies
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel between work locations and other work-related business
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
