- *Job Description**
As a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Working independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside
- Assessing customer storage needs and making suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
- Conducting daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
- Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits
- Helping customers stay current with payments and making reminder and collection calls when required
- *Physical Requirements**
This role requires:
- Ability to transport, lift, and move items weighing up to 35 pounds
- Ability to walk in and around facilities, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
- Performing cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping and mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal
- *Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in customer service-centered sales environments, such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based companies
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel between work locations and other work-related business
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
