As a Deli Core Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, accurately and efficiently conducting various financial transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service, while also meeting or exceeding our company's standards and expectations.

- Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately and efficiently conduct various financial transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Ensure that food quality, consistency, and selection meet company standards and expectations
- Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

- Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- *Essential Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or food service environment
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling and credit card processing
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
