- *Responsibilities of an Experienced Customer Service Associate – Client Relations and Sales Support**
As an Experienced Customer Service Associate – Client Relations and Sales Support, you'll play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying and resolving their issues, and providing them with exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Establishing and maintaining long-lasting business and client relationships through effective communication, active listening, and empathy
- Identifying, troubleshooting, and providing clients with resolutions to their issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining open communication between our clients, their consumers, and our Customer Service Team to ensure seamless collaboration and issue resolution
- Utilizing product knowledge to upsell products and services as needed and assist our sales team in new client acquisitions
- Providing clients with an individualized purchasing experience and utmost customer service to drive loyalty and retention
- Coordinating with sales team to ensure process orders are completed and installation dates are set
- Documenting client's contact information, ensuring their purchase order is correct, and submitting all information accordingly to our Senior Customer Service Associates
- Collaborating with fellow Customer Service Associates, and other Customer Service and Sales team members to ensure all sales targets are met

We're looking for a highly motivated and people-oriented individual who is passionate about building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess:
- High School Diploma or equivalent certification required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or other related fields preferred
- 1-3 years of experience working in Client Relations, Customer Service, Hospitality, Sales, or other related fields preferred
- Charismatic and personable demeanor that transpires to fellow team members
- Results-driven and self-motivated to improve interpersonal skills
- Practices active listening and is empathetic to client's concerns
- Solution-oriented and takes initiative in resolving unexpected challenges
