We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Team Player to join our North Hollywood, CA office. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing data, maintaining records, and providing exceptional customer service. - *Key Responsibilities:**
- Accurately and efficiently process data, including but not limited to: + Entering data into our database management system+ Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records+ Verifying data for accuracy and completeness+ Resolving data discrepancies and errors
- Provide exceptional customer service, including: + Responding to customer inquiries and concerns+ Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner+ Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, including: + Participating in team meetings and discussions+ Sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues+ Contributing to process improvements and efficiency gains
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including: + Data entry logs+ Customer contact information+ Sales and marketing data

- *Essential Qualifications:**
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Strong reading comprehension and writing skills
- Comprehensive computer skills, including: + Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)+ Database management systems (e.g. Access, SQL)+ Data entry software (e.g. Excel, Access)
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Experience with data analysis and reporting
