As a Customer Service Management Trainee at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to master all aspects of customer service management through a comprehensive hands-on training program. You'll work closely with our experienced team to develop the skills needed to manage and develop a team of customer service representatives, set clear goals, evaluate team performance, and provide constructive feedback.
