As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, providing product and solutions expertise, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. - Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

- Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options
- Provide legendary service to our customers by answering their questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- *Minimum Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
