- *Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Insurance Agent to join our team in Buena Park, CA. As an Insurance Agent, you'll be responsible for selling nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. You'll be working in a fast-paced call center environment, where you'll have the opportunity to build relationships with customers, educate them on our products, and help them find the best insurance solutions for their needs.
- *Key Responsibilities**
As an Insurance Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Soliciting new business and maintaining current business levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals
- Expanding business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet agreed-upon production goals
- Accurately accounting for all currency transactions and timely delivery of deposits to the bank with scanned documentation in our agency management system
- Connecting quickly with customers, building and leveraging relationships, and educating them on which products best fit their needs

We're looking for a motivated and ambitious professional who is:
- Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Effective and efficient with computers and systems
- Sales or customer service experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to build relationships with sales customers
- Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills
- Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
