- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs, making product recommendations, and promoting arenaflex's products and services
- Maintain a high level of store appearance and organization, including tagging, hanging, and merchandising products
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment
- Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends, product knowledge, and company policies and procedures
- *Essential Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Strong knowledge of current fashion trends and product knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Availability to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Part-time, 10-20 hours per week preferred

- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Knowledge of visual merchandising and store displays
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
