As a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and driving sales growth at our self-storage facilities. - Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, facility maintenance, and security protocols
- Promote arenaflex services to existing and potential customers, driving sales growth and increasing revenue
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
