- Managing front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries
- Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Processing payments, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently
- Responding to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless communication and a positive guest experience
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures
- *Essential Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
- Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the aquatic or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and management
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods

- Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the aquatic or hospitality industry
- Knowledge of aquatic safety and emergency procedures
- Certification in CPR/AED and First Aid
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
