- *Your Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Greeting customers and providing a warm and welcoming experience
- Running the register and handling cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Making purchase suggestions and offering personalized recommendations to customers
- Working with our food program and providing exceptional customer service in this area
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
- Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance and being available to work a variety of shifts
- Interacting with customers daily, building relationships, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have
- Working collaboratively with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
- *What We're Looking For**
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you have:
- Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A motivation to advance in your career and take on new challenges
- A willingness to learn and have fun in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- *Physical Requirements**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to be able to:
- Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination, and may require climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs

- *Hiring Range**
The hiring range for this position is $11.13 to $13.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
