- Review and verify patient files for accuracy and completeness
- Enter data into our EDC system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and arenaflex's quality standards
- Identify and report any discrepancies or errors in patient files
- Collaborate with the research team to resolve data discrepancies and ensure data integrity
- Participate in quality control audits and process improvements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of data entry and quality control activities
- Adhere to arenaflex's policies and procedures, including those related to data management and quality control
- *Essential Qualifications**
- Associate's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., healthcare, data management, or a related field)
- 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field, preferably in a research or clinical trial setting
- Excellent data entry skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards in the research industry
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Familiarity with electronic data capture (EDC) systems and data management software
