- *Job Summary**
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment. You will communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. You will also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- *Minimum Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
