Key Responsibilities


Data Management & Processing



  • Enter, verify, and maintain high‑volume customer and service data in arenaflex’s CRM and Smart Club platforms with a target accuracy rate of 99.5%.

  • Audit existing records for completeness, resolve discrepancies, and flag anomalies for further investigation.

  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly data reports that support operational decision‑making and performance tracking.

  • Collaborate with the IT team to refine data entry workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance data validation rules.

Customer Communication & Support



  • Serve as the first point of contact for Smart Club members via phone, email, and chat, delivering courteous and timely assistance.

  • Document all customer interactions in the system, ensuring a clear audit trail for future reference.

  • Escalate complex service issues to the appropriate field technicians or management while maintaining ownership of the case.

  • Proactively follow up with customers to confirm resolution satisfaction and capture feedback for continuous improvement.

Administrative Coordination
